idolpin Integrated Terms of Service
Article 1 (Definition of Terms)
① The idolpin Integrated Terms of Service refer to the basic terms including this agreement and the following terms, policies, and additional terms that may be added in the future related to services provided by idolpin, hereinafter referred to as the “Terms”.

② The definitions of terms used in the “Terms” are as follows.
- “Company”: Refers to idolpin company Co., Ltd., which provides online community services and online commerce services to Members through the idolpin platform.
- “Member”: Refers to users who have entered into a service use agreement with the Company in accordance with the Terms through the website (web, mobile) and application.
- “idolpin”: The official online platform operated by the Company through the website (web, mobile) and application for communication between artists and fans.
- “idolpin Store”: Refers to the cyber mall where online commerce services provided by idolpin take place.
- “Residence”: Refers to the country or region where the Member resides with the intention of residing.
Article 2 (Purpose)
① The purpose of these Terms is to clarify the legal relationship between the Company and Members regarding the use of idolpin platform services (hereinafter referred to as the “Service”).
② The Company posts these Terms and the Privacy Policy in a place where Members can easily review them on the initial screen of idolpin.
Article 3 (Creation and Use of idolpin Account)
① An idolpin Account refers to the login account created by a Member to use the Service provided by the Company. The idolpin Account is created when a Member agrees to the Terms, enters account information, and the Company verifies certain information such as email address confirmation.
② An idolpin Account is required to fully utilize the Service, although some menus and services may be available without membership.
③ After creating an idolpin Account, Members may use all connected services provided by the Company. However, when accessing a new service for the first time, Members must complete procedures such as agreeing to the applicable service terms.
Article 4 (Conclusion of Usage Agreement)
① The usage agreement is concluded when a person wishing to become a Member agrees to the Terms, applies for membership, and the Company accepts such application.
② The Company may collect personal information such as email addresses during the usage agreement process, and the applicant must provide accurate information.
③ The Company may reserve or refuse acceptance or subsequently terminate the usage agreement if there are reasons such as unauthorized system access, account theft, provision of false information, or Service abuse history.
④ The Company does not provide Services to minors (under 14 years old for domestic users and under 16 years old for foreign users).
Article 5 (Amendment of Terms)
① The Company may amend these Terms within the scope permitted by applicable laws.
② When amending the Terms, the Company shall announce the application date, changes, and reasons in advance through the Service. If the amendment is disadvantageous to Members, notice shall be provided at least 30 days prior to the effective date via electronic means such as email or login notifications.
③ Members who do not agree to the amended Terms may terminate the usage agreement and discontinue use of the Service.
④ If Members do not explicitly express refusal before the effective date after being notified that failure to refuse constitutes consent, Members shall be deemed to have agreed to the amended Terms.
Article 6 (Service Changes and Suspension)
① The Company may change the contents of the Service when necessary. If such changes significantly affect Members’ rights and obligations, notification procedures under Article 5 shall apply.
② The Company may temporarily suspend the Service due to maintenance, replacement or failure of facilities, communication interruptions, or reasonable operational reasons.
③ The Company may conduct regular maintenance and temporarily suspend the Service during such maintenance.
④ The Company may discontinue the Service due to management reasons.
Article 7 (Advertisement Posting)
The Company may post advertisements of the Company or third parties within the Service.
Article 8 (Members’ Rights and Obligations)
① Members may use content provided through the Service for personal, noncommercial purposes only.
② Members do not acquire any ownership or other rights to the content beyond limited usage rights.
③ Members shall not reproduce, distribute, post, provide to third parties, or otherwise infringe copyrights of the content and shall bear all civil and criminal liability for such actions.
④ Members shall not access the Service system or network without authorization or interfere with the provision of the Service.
⑤ Members shall not engage in defamation, intellectual property infringement, unauthorized commercial use, impersonation, dissemination of false information, or acts prohibited by law.
⑥ Members are responsible for managing their ID and password and must immediately notify the Company if unauthorized use is discovered.
Article 9 (Member Content Policy and Sanctions)
① This policy applies to all content created by Members.
② Prohibited content includes defamatory, obscene, violent, illegal, or socially inappropriate content.
③ The Company may delete violating content or restrict content creation.
④ The Company may use Member Content when necessary for Service operation.
Article 9-2 (Mission Performance and Sanctions)
① The Company may provide missions and rewards upon completion.
② Members shall not perform missions through unfair or illegal means.
③ Violations may result in reward recovery, mission restrictions, Service suspension, or loss of membership.
Article 10 (Usage Restrictions)
① The Company may temporarily or permanently restrict Service use.
② Temporary restrictions apply to violations of these Terms.
③ Permanent restrictions apply to habitual or criminal violations.
Article 11 (Company’s Rights, Obligations, and Disclaimer)
① The Company retains all rights to the Service.
② The Company is not responsible for Service interruptions due to force majeure.
③ The Company is not liable for damages unless caused by intentional or negligent acts.
Article 12 (Notifications)
① Individual notices may be sent via email.
② Notices to unspecified Members may be made by posting within the Service for at least seven days.
Article 13 (pin point)
① The Company may operate “pin point” as a point system for purchasing digital products.
② “pin point” consists of Paid Points and Free Points.
③ “pin point” may be used only for digital products designated by the Company.
④ Free Points are governed by the Company’s operation policy.
⑤ Free Points used in canceled purchases shall be restored.
⑥ Unfairly accumulated Free Points may be deleted.
⑦ Free Points are non-transferable and expire upon loss of membership.
⑧ Matters not specified shall follow the Customer Center FAQ.
⑨ Any unused ‘pin point’ received by Members through the Service shall automatically expire six (6) months from the date of accrual, unless a different expiration period is explicitly stated at the time of issuance. Expired ‘pin point’ shall be permanently deleted and cannot be restored, reused, refunded, exchanged, or compensated in any form. Members acknowledge and agree that ‘pin point’ is a promotional reward and does not constitute property, monetary value, or a refundable asset.
Article 14 (pin point Points)
① The Company may operate non-monetary pin point points as rewards for Service use and mission performance.
② pin point points shall be granted in accordance with the standards and procedures determined by the Company.
③ pin point points may be used only for service passes, digital content, reward items, or other benefits provided or partnered by the Company.
④ pin point points cannot be exchanged for cash, transferred to a bank account, withdrawn, or converted into currency, and do not constitute prepaid electronic payment instruments under the Electronic Financial Transactions Act.
⑤ pin point points are non-transferable, and their validity period shall be six (6) months from the date of issuance.
Article 15 (Damages)
The Company and Members shall compensate damages caused by their own fault.
Article 16 (Change of Service Provider)
① Members shall be notified of personal data transfer when the service provider changes.
② Usage agreements shall be comprehensively transferred.
③ Withdrawal procedures shall be guided if Members do not consent.
